We are proud to announce that Parviz Majidov’s film  "I do not belong in this body" was selected for three international festivals. This is the latest honor for the film, which was commissioned by Chai Khana. 

“I do not belong in this body” will be traveling to three countries in the coming months to be screened at:

26th Outsouth Queer Film Festival (August 13-19) in North Caroline, USA

12th KASHISH Mumbai International Queer Film Festival (August 19- September 5)

Les Mains Gauches Queer FF in Marseille, France (Sept 9-12)

In 2019 the film was screened at DokuBaku International Documentary Film Festival.

“I don’t belong in this body” was also awarded the best short documentary prize at the HUMANS FEST 2021 in February.
