The life of an Armenian musician is turned upside down when he is unexpectedly drafted for military training, forcing him to balance duty, life, and the constant chatter about a possible war.

This film tells the story of 38-year-old Armenian musician and composer Kay Khachatryan. His life takes a sharp turn when he receives a call-up for military training, disrupting his peace and causing anxiety. Wrestling with his new reality, Kay follows his own path. The film depicts the fate of artists in the South Caucasus, emphasizing the importance of individuality and space for creative self-expression.

In Armenia, men are obligated to attend military exercises and drills while living at a military camp as part of the country’s compulsory military service.
