Londa Beria
Londa Beria, has a Journalist (BA) and Sociologist (MA) and currently works for Institute for Development of Freedom of Information. She also is an assistant researcher of several independent projects. Beria has worked for DFwatch.net as a journalist for two years; simultaneously she has cooperated with several media outlets/NGOs like Go Group Media, 1TV, etc. Beria knows Russian and English.

Guller was born in the village Jandara, near Marneuli, where almost no one knows Georgian. On the very first year of implementation the project 4+1 Guller passed the exams at Tbilisi State University, where she studied Georgian during her first year. Since then, more and more youngsters have started to understand Georgian in Jandara. Guller’s younger brother is one of them, as his sister teaches him the state language.

A 3 hour ride from Tbilisi will get you to Tkemlovana - a village, where life is still frozen in time, like it was in the 1990s. The village lacks any electricity, internet, water, gas, roads or transportation. The items which we saved in our attics and basements a long time ago are still used daily here.
