Developing an awesome concept and treatment for a film is just halfway to a successful project; you still need to pitch it perfectly to potential partners, producers, organizations, production companies and distributors.

Knowing how to pitch well is an art that can be learned through practice - both through your own pitching, as well as attending open pitching sessions.

ESoDoc in Georgia has opened its pitching event for ESoDoc 2021  participants to the public. Attend and see how a pitching panel made up of European industry professionals discuss and assess pitches.

ESoDoc 2021 participants will present the projects they started working on in May.

Each “pitching slot” is 20 minutes long: 7-minutes pitch + 13 minutes for discussion with the panelists. The panel consists of documentary film masters from all over the Europe, providing a unique opportunity for both participants and spectators to get guidance from the people who have made significant pieces in documentary cinema.
