The film "Le Départ” by Hunay Saday, commissioned by Chai Khana, will be screened at "Le Shadok", Strasbourg together with her latest project “If I Can Not Go There Then I Can Bring It Here,” which was produced as part of the  Tbilisi Photo Festival art residency program. 

"Le Départ'' was nominated in the best short documentary film category at DokuBaku Film Festival. 

Originally from Azerbaijan, Hunay Saday moved to France at the age of 15. She graduated from the University of Strasbourg where she studied Turkish language and literature while making personal photo and video projects in her spare time. She recently graduated from European Film College (Ebeltoft, Denmark).
