We are happy to announce that the Journalistic Ethics’ Charter selected three of our stories as finalists in two media categories.

Mariam Jachvadze, our Georgian media manager and contributor, is a finalist for the "Best Article/Multimedia Article in Online Media" category, exploring the impact of hunger on students' academic performance.

In the "Best Photo/Photo-reportage in Online or Print Media'' category, Chai Khana boasts two finalists: Mariam Mumladze's "Georgian People Behind the Ukrainian Flag” Captures the homes of Ukraine's steadfast supporters, while Marika Kochaishvili's "Two Homes" explores the homes of queer Georgians.

The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on December 9.
